As the COVID-19 crisis continues, we have been working through how we can best support you at this challenging time and help Australia flatten the curve.
Our greatest priority is the health and safety of all of our team members, you our valued customers and the wider community.
For the safety and protection of our customers and staff, we made the move early on and suspended our in-store customer service to the public on 17 March 2020 until further notice. This allows us to safely continue operations and puts us in a strong position to continue to fill our supply commitments to our customers.
Sales and Operations staff have been working remotely in separate locations since 17 March to reduce contact with each other and ensure continuity of service during this period.
We continue to ship online orders, email orders and phone orders daily.
At this stage there is no interruption to our deliveries due to COVID-19, as Australia Post and Startrack continue to deliver throughout Australia.
We have stock on hand of most items, with most orders being filled from existing inventory in our Australian warehouse. We are still receiving regular top-up stock from our suppliers.
Orders can be placed online, by email or by phone and will be dispatched within 1-3 working days.
Dispatch time may be slightly longer at present as we are receiving more online orders than usual and have extra procedures in place in our office and warehouse which take a little more time to implement.
We have taken extra steps to ensure our office and warehouse are clean, hygienic environments for everyone including increasing the frequency of cleaning.
We provide hand sanitiser, face masks and gloves to our team.
To limit exposure of our staff we have only one person working in our warehouse at a time to dispatch orders, so it’s just one person handling your order.
Be assured we are doing everything we possibly can to provide continuity of service and get our protective equipment and apparel out to those working on the frontline.
